Getting Help

The BGL Support Team is dedicated to helping the users make the best use of the BGL system. A wide range of information is available on the web. If you are unable to find the answers that you need within the web site, please contact us directly with any questions or requests. Your feedback is appreciated.

The BG Consortium discuss mailing list is the user community's primary point of contact for BGL non-system related issues. If you have any questions about the Blue Gene/L system architecture, compilers, libraries, etc. then you should send email to this list. There is a broad range of people interested in the BG/L system from experts to beginners on the list. Questions about the Argonne BGL system should not be sent to this mailing list but should be directed to the BGL support team.
