[bgl-discuss] time reporting with the new driver/compiler - correction

I have just realized that my test of cpu timing is flawed and
I don't know if it is working or not.  I will have to try
again.

The correct conclusion is  1 & 2 not fixed, 3 unknown but I'd
be willing to bet also not fixed.
