I am just returning to the bgl after a brief hiatus, and have a few
questions because of changes since I last ran. These are as follows
1) With the new batch system can the object one cqsub's be a shell
   script? I ask since when I run in batch I typically execute 
   multiple executables in succession and do some file manipulations
   in between, and redirect the output of each executable to a unique
   file.
2) I had been using -O4 for compiling, but this required linking to
   libmassv. I had been using Katherine Riley's personal copy, but
   that is no longer where it was. Where can I now access that library?
