[bgl-discuss] Truncated output

In trying to run umt2k on BG/L, I'm running into problems with the 
output file being truncated (conveniently enough, immediately before all 
of the timing information).  Has anyone seen this before?  Apparently, 
LLNL had the same problem with umt2k on their system, where it was 
"usually caused by i/o node problem or our file system problem."

Any suggested workarounds?
