[bgl-discuss] BGL_MPI_MAPPING = TXYZ Revisited

I just tested BGL_MPI_MAPPING = TXYZ  after the latest system updates on BlueGene 
and it works fine now. You might remember that it did not work earlier. I ran the 48 
processor case on 32 node partition in VN mode using XYZT (the default) and TXYZ 
options. I hope this will work on larger partitions as well.

Anyway, this is good news for those who want to do more consistent scaling studies 
on the full rack in VN mode (or for codes where the communication pattern in TXYZ 
mode will improve performance).
