RE: [bgl-discuss] FFTW configure error

Hi, I tried the one in
/bgl/software/linux-sles9-ppc64/tools/bglfftwgel-2.1.5

But get these errors:

/bgl/software/linux-sles9-ppc64/tools/bglfftwgel-2.1.5/cooked/single_pre
cision//libfftw.a(rader.o): In function `fftwi_twiddle_rader':

cision//libfftw.a(rader.o)(.text+0xce4): more undefined references to

Should I link it with additional library(ies)? I am currently linking
the following:

-lmpich.rts -lmsglayer.rts -lrts.rts -ldevices.rts -lrts.rts -lrfftw
-lfftw -lm

Thanks

Subject: [bgl-discuss] FFTW configure error

Hi

I am trying to build FFTW (version 2.1.5) using

./configure CC=blrts_xlc CFLAGS="-qarch=440" --host=ppc64
--disable-fortran --enable-float --enable-type-prefix
--prefix=/home/alam/fftw

But getting this error

checking size of int... configure: error: cannot compute sizeof (int),
77

Also, I was wondering if the FFTW (version 2.1.5) libraries are
available on the ANL machine.

Thanks

Sadaf Alam
