RE: [bgl-discuss] FFTW configure error

Hi,

I successfully built a local installation of fftw-2.1.5 a couple of
weeks ago.  I came across the same error with unable to determine the
size of int (also size of long long). I deleted those checks from the
configure script.  Then, in the fftw-2.1.5/fftw/config.h file, you can
manually set the size of int and long long in lines 53 and 54.

After that, I was able to build correctly.
