Narayan,

With the new version of cobalt, the mapping option (-e BGLMPI_MAPPING=TXYZ) works as 
expected now. The ouput shows the following for the two mapping env variables:

BGLMPI_MAPPING = TXYZ, MPI_MAPPING = NONE
