For users interested use of mapfiles under cobalt::

A mapfile (as described in Hari's email) can be activated through the
use of the BGLMPI_MAPPING environment variable. ie:

cqsub -t 10 -n 32 -e BGLMPI_MAPPING=/path/to/mapfile /path/to/executable
