Do you need a FLASH Makefile.h ? I haven't run the io_benchmark but it is just a subset of the FLASH code.

I have a Makefile.h for bgl in my home directory /bgl/home1/kantypas/

if you want to take a look.

blrtx_xlf90 is the only fortran 90 compiler on our bgl, right?  At one
point in time this benchmark only worked with portland group, but that

I've tried a few things (xlf90 doesn't like .F90 files, so i renamed
them.  xlf90 doesn't like the "-DN_DIMS=3" kind of argument, so i put
it in a header file (and got a ton of errors...).

I'm guessing (perhaps incorrectly) that io_bench is built similar to
FLASH.  How do the flash guys build FLASH on BGL?
