[bgl-discuss] explicit invovcation of mpirun

Hi, 
I'm new to BGL. where can I find good examples of more complicated
submission procedures. E.g, suppose I want to use my own mpirun?. Can I
feed a script to cqsub. If so, do I need to construct a machine file,
etc., etc.,
